Cutting-edge research cores

Our ALS research resources to accelerate discovery
to find a cure.

For the first time in the history of the disease, through our research cores, scientists gain access to critical ALS research tools and resources with no strings attached.

Our new Target ALS Research Cores are comprised of a network of academic centers and contract research organizations that provide needed tools and resources to scientists. By supporting researchers with essential resources, we reduce barriers to advancement and accelerate the path to breakthroughs—for a future with a cure.

Fueling discovery, together

Historically, ALS researchers have cited poor quality, lack of standardization, limited accessibility and the high cost of critical tools, and resources as a major barrier to advancing their ideas. We tackled these issues by creating entirely new Target ALS Research Cores. Breakthroughs in ALS research depend on collaboration and access. By sharing these resources freely with the scientific community, Target ALS accelerates the path to a cure.
